These yarns have a soft off-white color. The mercerized yarns are exceptionally strong and smooth. Great for dyeing and painted warps, and perfect for overshot. The unmercerized yarns are just what the towel doctor ordered. Pair them with our "Good Bye" colors for fabulous towels, throws and other cuddly fabrics.

Natural Yarns of Color---Foxfibre
These yarns are made from cotton that is grown in colors other than the traditional white. The color is a part of the fiber and therefore does not need dye to produce the colors.
We blended FoxFibre naturally colored cotton with a soft white cotton for
this affordable all natural yarn. FoxFibre colored cotton has a relatively short staple; therefore, we combine the Foxfibre cotton with white cotton to improve the strength of the yarn. FoxFibre’s color deepens when washed, especially in alkaline
soap. To see its deepest color boil a small skein for a few minutes. Sett 12/2 and 11/2 the same as 10/2 in the same weave structure: 28 epi for twill, 26 epi for plain weave, 24 epi for
lace or loose plain weave. If you want to pair these yarns with naturals, choose 10/2 unmercerized and combine the three weights freely in warps and wefts.
